A fully automated content creation pipeline was built from scratch, using AI-driven narration, animations, and editing workflows, allowing us to process and deliver over 450 hours of high-quality educational videos at scale.

The goal was to create a cost-efficient, high-volume content pipeline for DSU’s digital course library, making it possible to scale production to 200+ hours per month without requiring traditional studio setups. Instead of manually scripting, voicing, animating, and editing each module, we engineered a full-fledged AI pipeline to automate content processing, ensuring consistent quality while significantly reducing production time.
The goal was to create a cost-efficient, high-volume content pipeline for DSU’s digital course library, making it possible to scale production to 200+ hours per month without requiring traditional studio setups. Instead of manually scripting, voicing, animating, and editing each module, we engineered a full-fledged AI pipeline to automate content processing, ensuring consistent quality while significantly reducing production time.

Given the vast content requirements, the project demanded an innovative, automation-first approach to ensure efficiency, consistency, and scalability. To maintain visual consistency, predefined templates were created for slide animations, transitions, and branding elements. The team collaborated with DSU to align on brand guidelines and ensure seamless integration of content. Voiceovers were cloned using AI tools, allowing for natural-sounding narration without manual recording. AI was also used to automate syncing of slides with voiceovers, applying text animations and transitions based on structured workflows. High-definition presenter footage was processed with green screen removal, color correction, and background integration to match the slides and maintain a professional aesthetic. And automated subtitle generation and seamless stitching of intros and outros helped maintain production efficiency while ensuring accessibility and engagement.
